1) Opening hours from Monday to Friday – 7:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m.

2) You are obliged to fill in the forms (application, certificate from a doctor, letter of attorney, signed operating rules)

3) Parents or legal representatives hand over the child to us in our centre. Parents or legal representatives pick up the child in our centre as well.

4) Parents hand over healthy children, without any symptoms of diseases. In case of any doubts, we can demand certificate from a doctor. In case of any symptoms during a child´s stay in our centre, we call parents and we want them to pick up the child and take him or her to the doctor´s. In the opposite case, we can call RZP and the child leave alone, without parents.

5) You can buy monthly fee at the end of the previous month or at the beginning of the next month. Otherwise, you will pay hour rate.

6) Monthly fee is valid just for one month.

7) You have to excuse your child no later than 8 a.m when the child is registred. Otherwise, your child is not excuced and you are obliged to pay CZK 100 per day. It is necessary due to the educational preparation.

8) In case of disease, we do not tranfer monthly fee into the next month.

9) The price includes meals, all expendable supplies and all kinds of material.

10) If you pick up your child after the end of our opening hours, you are obliged to pay some extra money – CZK 100 for each half an hour.

11) Parents are obliged to inform us about the changes (billing information, health…)

12) Give one’s consent to publication of photos on the website (YES x NO)

13) It is better to pay a booking fee. It is CZK 1000.
